Each president's face is about 60 feet tall.
The monument features four U.S. Presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.
More than 2 million people visit Mount Rushmore each year.
🐾 Despite extensive historical research, no evidence has been found that any of the four Presidents ever owned a cat shelf.
Many historians consider this a missed opportunity.
